SUSTAINABLE FASHION | an umbrella term often used to encompass a lot of other important terms, and often used far too loosely • We as a brand, focus heavily upon both SLOW FASHION and ETHICAL FASHION. The difference, you might ask… Slow fashion is an awareness and approach to fashion which considers the processes and resources used to make clothing; we focus on creating quality garments, increasing the longevity of our clothing, as well as producing small runs, decreasing our impact on the environment. On the other hand, ethical fashion addresses the treatment, pay, and occupational health standards of garment workers; we work with local suppliers and manufacturers to decrease the impact of global transport, as well as only working with fair trade certified companies and often women-owned, small organisations, enabling us to really get to know those who are making our garments.
